Memory seats

Hi
i have a 320CI with Electric / Heated Seats, 2005 LHD.
I have a chance of buying a set of Seats from a 325CI 2004 RHD, with Electric / Heated / MEMORY, Seats + Interior.
The Actual Seats should fit, Frames Etc. as they are both E46 Cabriolets. The RHD drivers seat will become the LHD Pasenger seat and the other way around ( less wear on the RHD Passenger seat so better for me as it will become the LHD Drivers Seat )
What if anything will I need to change, to the wiring / connecters to make them work or are they plug and play ? Are both seats connectors the same ? are the switches / controls in the same place for heated seats ?
and are the conectors / wiring already fitted into mine in the Factory to accept the Electrics for the MEMORY seats to work, or can I just use them as Electric / Heated and not use the MEMORY
Not sure if I will swap the door cards as mine are good and should go with the colour of the new ones.
